Though his new role will involve many new commitments, Tauber will continue to work closely with both Matthew Delprado and Richard Azalay, the Creative Director and Technical Director respectively. This means he will also continue to work as part of the Australian team with the agencies existing clients, which include Johnson and Johnson, Nutricia, Woolmark, Village Roadshow and Western Union. Lowe Profero Australia's Managing Director, Dave Bentley, believes Tauber's promotion to lead platforms and delivery underlines the company's commitment to moving ahead in pursuing “The very best integrated client model.” He also believes in the benefits of promoting internally from “Within the ranks,” and that Tauber will “Continue to be as invaluable to Lowe Profero as he has proved to be over the last few years.”

Tauber himself has said that he feels the creation of the role has given him a unique opportunity to bring a greater degree of commercial innovation to the company. He says that he is genuinely excited about “Aligning strategic thinking with lean, customer-centric production methods,” and believes this is the key to “Maximising impact and minimising time-to-market for clients.” He's worked at Profero for over 5 years now, and throughout those years he has seen the company “Build a fantastic reputation for providing performance-led strategic media solutions globally.” This move, he says, is about taking that global success and continuing it on a more local level.
